Dispatch time and delivery

Your order will be fulfilled by us by a date stated in the Confirmation. If you are ordering more than one product, you should be aware that products may be delivered separately.

All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail during working days only. Most goods are made to order and the dispatch times may vary by product, and are listed on the website.

When free shipping is offered, we reserve the right to send via the most economical service.

Cancelation, returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel any order with us for up to 14 days after the day following the delivery of your goods. It is your responsibility to return any such goods to us in a new and un-unused condition with all their swing-tickets attached and in their original box and/or packaging. If you’re not happy with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact us and we will provide details of how you can return the goods to us.

You are responsible for the return cost of the goods, unless items are faulty. Refunds will only be issued once the goods have been received by us.

We cannot accept returns that have been damaged, soiled or show signs of wear. We reserve the right not to refund or deduct an appropriate amount from the original purchase price in such circumstances.

We do not offer an exchange service, instead please return your goods and place a new order on the website.

Custom made products

A custom made product is any product where manufacturing has commenced upon receipt of an order from a customer, and the product is being made or modified according specification provided by the customer. Custom made products are exempt from the distance selling regulations, and once manufacturing or modification has commenced, cancelation or refunds cannot be offered unless the product is found to have an inherent manufacturing fault or has not been modified in accordance with the specification provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

Faulty goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund.  Under the Consumer Act

 

If goods are found to be faulty after the first 30 days and within 6 months from the date of receipt of goods, Dyno Dog Gear will repair or exchange the product. 

 

In case of product misuse or products not cared for in line with our care instructions, we will not be liable.

Under the the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Dyno Dog Gear will not be held liable for any goods after 6 months from the date of receipt of goods.
