Delivery & returns

Return Policy

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase from Dyno Dog Gear, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@dynodoggear.com and we will provide details of how you can return the goods to us.

All items must be returned in re-sellable condition with all their tags attached and free of dog hair, odour and signs of wear. 

Please note you're responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a registered mail service, Dyno Dog Gear is not liable for any items lost in the post. Your item must arrive with us within 30 days of you receiving your order. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.  Providing that your items were returned in re-sellable conditions, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 10 - 15 working days. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, simply return and place a new order.

Faulty or damaged products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Custom made products

Please note we're unable to accept returns of custom made items unless they are faulty. Custom made items are any items that were made for an individual customer and according to their specifications. We believe that there is plenty of opportunity during the consultation process to ensure items you want to order will match your specifications and requirements.
